Our Plant Sale was a great success!
Our plant sale held on Sunday 17 May was a huge success! A big thank you to all of you who supported the event and an even bigger thank you to Olly for his hanging basket demonstrations and Q&A sessions alongside his very able assistant, Arthur!
What a great pamper evening!
The Village Hall held it's first Therapy and Pamper Evening on Thursday, 30 April and what a fabulous event. Lots of local expert therapists were in attendance and attendees were able to sample a whole range of therapeutic and beauty demonstrations including facials, reflexology, Indian head massage and much more. As this evening was so successful, watch this space as we will definitely be holding another event!
Annual Membership now due……
Just a reminder to say that the Village Hall annual membership is up for renewal on 1 April 2026. Please come along to the bar and speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help! The annual fee of £15 is a bargain as you get to drink and enjoy a variety of music events, bingo, quiz nights and so much more completely free of charge instead of paying £2 entrance fee every time ...Read more >

What an afternoon!
The Coronation Club recently enjoyed a lively and uplifting afternoon listening to the Fakenham ukulele band. Much laughter, singing, dancing and clapping to their nostalgic tunes was the best medicine! The Coronation Club meets the last Tuesday in the month at 2 p.m. at the Village Hall. Next meeting is 31 March 2026. All welcome!
A sad farewell to our friend, Peter Wadham
Peter lived in Great Massingham for almost 40 years and made a huge impact during that time. He saw the Village Hall as the cornerstone of the village and was on the Committee and as Chair and Treasurer for many years. Peter played a big part in the team who brought the Hall back from the brink of bankruptcy, spawned the creation of the snooker room, and oversaw the refurbishment of the hall and bar.
